4 Cavity Bottle Mould

4 cavity bottle mould: it is the PET bottle mould used by full automatic blow moulding machine. The cavity distance between each cavity is based on full automatic blow moulding machine structure. In general, for water bottle design, the max.cavity distance with 120mm and now we use much smaller distance to reduce the running speed. And also sometimes the power energy could be reduced.

Now we also make 4 cavity bottle mould for semi automatic 4 cavity blow moulding machine because some customers want to reduce the machine cost but increase the production capacity.
The mold has four cavities and can produce four hollow products at the same time, thereby improving production efficiency. The mold material is changed according to the customer's order requirements, and the available materials are: 45#, 50#, P20, H13, 718, 2738, NAK80, S136, SKD61, 7075#aluminum etc. The blow molding parts can be made of a variety of thermoplastic materials, including: LDPE, HDPE, PET, PP.

  • The finished product has a thread design at the mouth of the bottle, which has good sealing performance and reserves space for anti-theft design because this design is depended by the PET preform. The bottle body is smooth and textured, and the shape and capacity of the bottle can be customized according to customer needs.

    1.R&D We support customer R&D. Make the files or improve the design if you needed.
    2. Quotation Making Mould Quotation will be finished in 1 day according to the information we get.
    3. Negotiation The quality, price, material, delivery time, payment item, etc.
    4. Mould Design 1-2days for product 3D/2D drawing design as per customer's design. Then in further make the mould 2D/3D design.
    5. Mould 1. confirm the products and the mold design

    3. Rough machining(heat treatment on mold base and pre-harden on mold)
    4. CNC/ Vacuum Hardening on mold main spare parts

    6. Mould Testing When moulds are finished, we will test the mould and we will send samples to the client.
    7. Sample confirmation If the first sample is not satisfied by the customer when it is come out. We modify the mould until meet the customer’s satisfaction.
    8. Delivery Delivery goods by sea or by air, according to customer’s requirement.
