How to judge the appearance quality of preforms

The end surface should be flat, the thread should be complete, the crystallization should be complete, no overflow, no spinning, no deformation, no damage, no bubbles, and there should be no oil stains or stains on the inside and outside.

Good molding, no bubbles, no black spots, no oil stains, no stiff material, no scratches (length > 20mm), no fogging, whitening, uniform color of colored bottles, no obvious color difference.

Good forming, no depression, no pull-out, no center point deviation, no crack, no delamination, nozzle length less than 1.5mm, wire less than 5mm.
