For Engine oil cap mould, 3D drawing design is a key factor for the mold success or not.

In general, for cap mould, first we need to design 3D drawing for plastic cap then

later we make 3D cap mould drawing to check and confirm the mold structure.

Then we use the mold standard such as LKM base to make the mold base.

And for core and cavity, we always use the stainless steel such as S136, FS636, 632, Imported brand also to enlarge the mold life. Also each core and cavity, we try to design to have the water cooling system to reduce the production time and also improve the mold and cap quality. For the fast molding cycle, we use beryllium copper around the mold core and cavity components to save the molds cooling time again.

A slider with a fixed mode ensures a smooth and reliable opening/closing process. The type of sliding mechanism you choose depends on the application.
