4L oil cap mould is designed for 4L and 5L lubricant oil bottle.
Each lubricant oil brand have its own design of oil cap, oil bottle have 1L, 4L, 5L design, and need to use different diameter of cap, in order to match the HDPE bottle, the security ring design have many types, it will needs cap slitting machine or cap folding machine too, some designs can be designed on mould, not need a machine for cutting, before making mould, we will need bottle samples and cap samples.

4L Shell Oil Cap Mould Feature

1. Cap with tamper-evident ring design, can choose mould with slider design or use cap folding and slitting machine for cutting and folding the security ring.

2. Each cavity and core have independent cooling system for hot runner mould.

3. Different Insert parts can be engraved for different oil company brand name on top of cap

4. Stainless material have nice mirror hand polishing

5. Each mould plates with electroplating treatment, which play a very long time rust prevention

1.R&D	We support customer R&D. Make the files or improve the design if you needed.
2.Quotation Making	Mould Quotation will be finished in 1 day according to information we get.
3.Negotiation	The quality, price, material, delivery time, payment item, etc.
4.Mould Design	1-2days for product 3D/2D drawing design as per customer's design. Then in further make the mould 2D/3D design.
5.Mould	1. confirm the proucts and the mold design

6.Mould Testing	When moulds are finished, we will test the mould and we will send samples to client.
