1. Warm up

The preform is irradiated with an infrared high temperature lamp, and the preform is heated and softened. In order to maintain the shape of the preform, there is no need to heat the preform mouth, so a specific cooling device is required to cool it.

2. Blow molding

At this stage, the pre-heated preform is put into the finished blow mold, the stretching rod is stretched downward for high-pressure inflation, and then the preform is blown into the desired bottle shape.
