32 Cavity PET Preform Mould for the preform with 29/25 and 30/25 neck, the popular weight is from 10g to 20g. Both neck are 30mm, it is for making water bottle only. The preform mould is recommended to use pin valve gate hot runner system, with a shut-off nozzle which is controlled by pneumatically-driven valve. It adopts multi-stage double taper positioning technology, each cavity has a single independent mold clamping, and adopts a multi-stage taper positioning system to ensure mold concentricity (eccentricity within 0.05-0.06mm). Steel is stainless steel, can choose S136, 636, 632, ASSAB S136 for core and cavity , mould base is P20 or 4Cr13, depends on client`s needs. 32 cavity mould size is around 800x550x540mm, suitable for 250 Ton PET preform injection moulding machine.

1. Neck size: PCO1810, PCO1881, Weight: from 10g to 60g, Gate: Pin valve type

2. Cavity water flow adopts spiral type independent of cycle structure which is good for fast cooling of preform
