48 Cavity PET Preform Mould for 18mm,20mm,24mm,28mm,30mm PET preform, it is suitable for cosmetic bottle, water bottle, CSD drinking bottle, or edible oil bottle etc. We specialized in the production of pin valve mold, not need to cut the “tail” part of preform which named short tail mould or long tail mould. The pin valve hot runner system ensures the same pressure and PET flow ratio for each cavity, make sure each preform weight are same. Optimized cooling system strengthens the cooling effect of the mold and effectively shortens the injection cycle time.

Thread splits are locked in position by lock rings before mould closing to minimize wear of thread split tapers on the cavity side for a long flash-less service life of thread splits. Cores, core lock rings, thread splits, and cavity lock rings can be changed with the mould on the machine, for quick and easy servicing

2. Quotation Making	Mould Quotation will be finished in 1 day according to the information we get.
3. Negotiation	The quality, price, material, delivery time, payment item, etc.
4. Mould Design	1-2days for product 3D/2D drawing design as per customer's design. Then in further make the mould 2D/3D design.
