Our 72 cavity PET preform mould width is also optimized, and with this kind of smaller size design, preform mould can be produced on 380 Ton Injection moulding machine, which Tie bar is 720mmx720mm. The cooling system is also optimized for 72 cavity mould, the mould use the 2 inch cooling pipe, which have the best cooling performance, which ensures the quality of the preform, besides, it demonstrably improves the production capacity and saves your production cost.

Its unique design consists of 72 cavities on the mold, which are all identical, and is equipped with an electric control system.

It features a high-precision temperature measurement system and an independent thermocouple for each cavity. The mold also features an international standard screw neck and imported nitrided steel.

72 Cavity PET Preform mould Feature

1.R&D	We support customer R&D. Make the files or improve the design if you needed.
2. Quotation Making	Mould Quotation will be finished in 1 day according to the information we get.
3. Negotiation	The quality, price, material, delivery time, payment item, etc.
4. Mould Design	1-2days for product 3D/2D drawing design as per customer's design. Then in further make the mould 2D/3D design.
5. Mould	1. confirm the products and the mold design
